Andrew Buschbom, the State CISA Coordinator, will be discussing CISA's efforts to secure New Mexico and the cybersecurity resources available to NM critical infrastructure. Andrew will discuss the NM CISA capabilities which include: cybersecurity assessments, workshops, tabletop exercises, intel sharing, and incident response capabilities.
Andrew Buschbom currently works for the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA) as the State Cybersecurity Coordinator for New Mexico. Andrew specializes in incident response, forensic investigations, threat intelligence, and security guidance. Previous to CISA, Andrew was the Acting CISO for the New Mexico Human Services Department. Before moving to New Mexico, Andrew was a member of the National Incident Response Team for the Federal Reserve System.
