Notice is hereby given of ISACA Trinidad and Tobago Chapter's 36th Annual General Meeting. Members in attendance will have the opportunity to review the highlights of the Board's operations over the 2021/2022 term, ratify the financial budget for the 2022/2023 term.
This will be a one (1) hour virtual attendance and members-only event.
Our team is excited for the opportunity to report on our activities for the past year, share our plans for 2022/2023 and present our budget for your approval.

2. Adoption and Confirmation of the Minutes of the Annual General Meeting 2021.
3. Reports on Chapter Activities for 2021/2022 term.
4. Presentation of the audited financial statements for June 1, 2021 to May 31, 2022.
5. Presentation of the Budget for June 1, 2022 to May 31, 2023.
6. Update on Directors for the remainder of the Chapter term – June 1, 2021 to May 31, 2023.
7. Any other Business.
