Notice is hereby given of ISACA Trinidad and Tobago Chapter's 35th Annual General Meeting. Members in attendance will have the opportunity to review the highlights of the Board's operations over the 2020/2021 term, ratify the financial budget for the 2021/2022 term, and elect the new board for the 2021-2023 term.
This will be a one (1) hour virtual attendance and members-only event.
Our team is excited for the opportunity to report on our activities for the past year, share our plans for 2021/2022 and present our budget for your approval.

2. Adoption and Confirmation of the Minutes of the Annual General Meeting 2020.
3. Reports on Chapter Activities for 2020/2021 term.
4. Presentation of the audited financial statements for June 1, 2020 to May 31, 2021.
5. Presentation of the Budget for June 1, 2021 to May 31, 2022.
6. Vote in Officers/Directors for the new Chapter term – June 1, 2021 to May 31, 2023.
