In this talk, Petri and Maxime will share why the traditional security awareness approach has failed, and introduce important concepts of psychology that explain how we as humans think and act. Speakers Bio:
Petri is CISO Advisor at Hoxhunt. He was the first CISO of Nokia and established the CISO function within NXP Semiconductors. He has been part of Microsoft, Qualcomm, and few other companies’ stories. As some highlights of his long career, Petri has established regular board reporting, run Human Risk Reduction programs before the term was widely used in the industry and evicted nation-state attackers.
Maxime is a Human Risk Management leader, who has built Security Awareness, Behaviour and Culture programs for several global companies, such as H&M Group. His goal is to help people stay safe online, and support organizations make the switch from raising awareness to changing behaviours. He’s currently an Advisor at Hoxhunt - a human risk management platform - supporting them in building the future of the product.
