Abstract
Cybersecurity awareness training remains a critical yet persistent challenge within highly regulated industries, particularly the financial sector, where traditional compliance-based training often fails to meaningfully influence behavior or decision-making at the leadership level. Dr. Lovelie's qualitative study explored how gamified cybersecurity awareness approaches influence engagement, learning retention, and risk perception among IT governance leaders in financial institutions.
