Dawn Teply is a Lead Cyber Assessment Analyst and Archer Administrator at NiSource, with a decade of experience in Archer development and administration. Her career spans over 20 years across Internal Audit, Corporate Accounting, and Cyber Security. Dawn leads the Archer team at NiSource and enjoys reading, running, lifting weights and raising four amazing humans.
Justin Mehner is an Enterprise Account Executive at Archer with over 13 years of experience in SaaS sales. He helps organizations modernize risk, compliance, and governance programs by reducing manual work, improving visibility, and building scalable frameworks that keep pace with continuous change. Justin focuses on delivering real business value by solving complex, high-impact challenges. He partners with enterprise clients across the Western U.S., taking a consultative approach to aligning technology with business priorities and driving measurable outcomes. Outside of work, he enjoys staying active, spending time with his family, and giving back to his community.
Blake Silvernail is an Advisory Solutions Consultant at Archer with a decade of experience advising enterprise organizations on modernizing Governance, Risk and Compliance programs, helping them move from reactive risk management to proactive and adaptive GRC. In his role, he specializes in bridging the gap between business leadership and technical teams; helping to identify high-impact use cases, align AI initiatives with business and regulatory requirements, and embed intelligent automation into core risk and compliance workflows - aiming to produce solutions that are both scalable and responsibly governed.
