Digital Trust and Data Privacy

The Digital Identity Trust Framework was published by DCMS (Department for Digital, Culture, Media & Sport) on behalf of the ICO (Information Commissioners Office) in February 2021. During October 2021, DCMS undertook a public consultation to elicit feedback on proposals to enhance governance surrounding digital identities and support greater data protection compliance.
ISACA UK was invited to participate in the consultation and David Rudd of ISACA Central UK supported national colleagues in collating our response surrounding the legal aspects of data privacy. The webinar will provide an overview of the legislation, questionnaire used for the consultations and the ISACA response to the online consultation survey in November 2021.
