Welcome to the ISACA Central UK Chapter

The ISACA® Central UK Chapter was formed in 1993 to provide ISACA®members living or working in the Midlands with the opportunity to network with fellow professionals. We also provide training and professional development opportunities in Midlands.

Our aim is to sponsor local educational seminars and workshops, conduct regular chapter meetings, and help to further promote and elevate the visibility of the IS audit, control and security profession throughout the region.

Membership now stands at over 800 members.  Our members come from both the public and private sectors, and include professionals and practitioners at all levels in Audit (both IT and business), Information Security, Risk and Compliance, IT Governance and IT.

Prior to the emergence of Covid, we met other month in the centre of Birmingham and Bristol (alternating). Meetings are currently virtual but we will recommence physical meetings when practical.

FREE WEBINARS EACH DAY FROM THE SECURITY AWARENESS SPECIAL INTEREST GROUP

SASIG is a networking forum for CISOs, CIOs, CTOs and their teams. It focuses on the softer cybersecurity issues and looks to improve trust in the online environment, together with their 4,000+ membership that represents all sectors, public and private. SASIG provides a daily showcase of presentations, panel sessions and discussions with leaders from the cybersecurity industry, discussing all manner of subjects relevant to these times. There's plenty of advice on good security awareness and the need for a strong security culture.

SASIG welcomes the members of ISACA UK & Ireland Chapters to access the SASIG webinar programme and look forward to working together with ISACA to increase the awareness of the cyber risk and to help organisations to improve their protection against the cyber threat.
