ISACA Central UK started proving the option of 1:1 tuition about 5 years ago and it has become very popular, as it is much more personal, with flexible timing. It covers all the materials of a class based course, but at the pace of the delegate. If you need more time on a particular Domain, then we can.
The sessions are scheduled by mutual agreement, most Delegates spread the sessions over a 3-4 week period, which gives them time to ingest the learning and it’s not crammed into a short period of time.
Also, if something important crops-up at work (as it does) we can reschedule. So, the tuition is very flexible.
ISACA Central UK are an ISACA Accredited Training Organisation (ATO), therefore we use the official ISACA course materials. We use ISACA International’s course materials and the course leader is accredited by ISACA International.
Throughout the course we provide hints and tips of how to select the correct answer option and back up some of the learning with real life examples. At the end of each Domain we go through some example exam questions, then on the last session, we conduct a mock half exam. This allows attendees to see where their strengths and weaknesses are in each Domain and where they need to do more revision. The mock exam also gives them an idea of timing, e.g. they normally find that they have much more time to answer each question then they thought.
