People know how to behave securely and then don’t do it – why?

13.30 to 14.30 Tuesday 17th May 2022

Bebe Lees, Head of Communications & Behaviour Change of The Security Company (TSC), will talk about the challenges which all organisations face, getting their people to think and behave in a secure manner. Bebe will provide some of her insights from her many years of experience and will cover the following topics:

  • Understanding why people know what they should do and then don’t do it
  • Real-life examples, demonstrating how to tackle this challenge
  • Understanding how humans process information and how this affects behaviour
  • The significance of understanding where you're starting from and tools to help you track behaviour change rather than just knowledge gain

Interactivity is encouraged from the start with questions delivered through online polls and answering audience questions in the chat panel.
