This will focus on examples of how to leverage different AI tools in your day to day life as an internal auditor. Further we will discuss how through integrating AI into auditing processes, internal auditors can focus on high risk areas, streamline operations, and provide deeper insights into organizational performance.

6:00 pm -  7:00 pm: Topic #2 - Driving strategic advantage by adopting a multi-dimensional IT risk framework.
Greg Boehmer - Managing Director, Deloitte & Touche LLP

In today’s rapidly shifting digital landscape, the risks confronting organizations extend far beyond traditional boundaries. For business leaders, these challenges are not just technical, they are strategic imperatives that demand a bold, unified response. Traditional, piecemeal IT risk management approaches are no longer enough. The unified risk reference architecture precisely provides that—drawing on key frameworks such as COBIT, NIST, and ITIL to offer a comprehensive and actionable model. This approach empowers executives to see the full picture of organizational risk, streamline compliance, and build resilience at every level.

By adopting this integrated framework, we are creating a foundation for sustainable business value, streamlined compliance, improved IT operation, and continued market leadership.
