Call for Speakers for Monthly In-person Events & Webinars
We are currently in the process of planning our upcoming event and are seeking engaging, knowledgeable, and outstanding speakers to share their expertise with our audience. Here are some key points about our organization and events:
- ISACA Edmonton aims to provide its members with educational opportunities for the improvement and development of their auditing and/or management consulting capabilities in the field of Information Systems (IS) audit, IT governance, security, and internal controls.
- Being a small, yet tightly knit group, we conduct both webinars and in-person meetings, and our events consistently attract audiences ranging from 20 to 50 registrations. These events offer excellent opportunities for 1-on-1 networking, allowing attendees to connect with other industry professionals and potentially explore new opportunities and collaborations.
- We also collaborate with other leading professional groups such as IIA to bring in synergies and speaker on hot topics.
- CPEs available to the speakers not limited to the time of the session but also based on the time allotted for preparing the material.
- The topics covered in our events are diverse and may include, but are not limited to: Information Security, Application Security, Infrastructure Security, Threat & Vulnerability Management, Prevention, Detection & Response, Data Privacy, Governance, Risk Management, Compliance, Technology Audit, Cloud Computing, ESG, Latest Technology/Security Trends, Digital Trust, AI security, Microservices, AI/ML, Quantum Computing, ISO, PCI, FedRAMP, SOC 2, HITRUST, GDPR, CCPA, C5, UK CE+, IRAP, etc.
