  • Event Refund Policy

    Event Refund Policy:
    A refund may be available for a particular event.
    If a refund is available:
    -  It must be requested within 30 days after the event date. 
    Use the Contact email address in the registration confirmation email to initiate the refund process. 

    The refund or no-refund policy will be stated in the registration information for a particular event
    - Refund: “A refund may be available for this event.  Use the Contact email address at the bottom of your registration confirmation email to initiate the refund process within 30 days after the event date.
    - No Refund: “Payment for this event is non-refundable.”
