Jeff Little - June 2019 Workshop Bio

Jeff Little is a Senior Solutions Architect focused on Security within Presidio. Jeff has been in the IT world for over 18 years. He is currently serving in the National Guard working as a CND (Cyber Network Defense) Team member and has served as Senior Systems Administrator and Senior Network Engineer in securing, maintaining, upgrading and repairing the IT infrastructure for over 100 military remote sites, in a 10,000 person military operation locally & abroad. Jeff has also served in in IT consulting roles previously as well as Senior Security Operations Center engineer to develop enterprise solutions for a fortune 500 company with over 1700 locations & 90,000 employees across the globe. Jeff has extensive skills and experience that encompass working with firewalls, NAC’s, SEIM’s, and security & risk detection technologies. Jeff takes pride in addressing what the customer needs and exceeding expectations.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
Operate on specialized 8 man government team to conduct various degrees of network & system penetration testing, digital forensics, authorized white hat hacking, cyber incident handling, and then provide reports and assistance to remediate findings and incidents for various government agencies to reduce the cyber footprint exposed to persistent threats around the globe.
Assessed, designed, and implemented global security infrastructures for data centers, remote locations, and enterprise-class deployments. Deployments have included requirements such as risk analysis, risk mitigation, compliance, and architectural design considerations.
