Are you guilty of always communicating in facts and figures, regardless of who’s on the receiving end? Or, do you prioritise the upkeep of your security knowledge, but leave little time for the softer skills?

If you’ve answered to yes to these, I want to help you to better explain things, make your messages more memorable and help you secure buy-in. This will not only improve the interactions you have with stakeholders, but boost your personal brand and open up opportunities for your career.

After this interactive session, you’ll walk away with:
- A new level of respect for storytelling and its power
- 2 simple approaches to make telling stories EASY
- 5+ scenarios in YOUR WORLD, where you feel you can use a story

About Emily...
Emily Edgeley is a maths and security nerd turned Public Speaking Coach, who helps people in Tech transform the way they present. After spending 15+ years in IT & Security roles, Emily wanted a more meaningful purpose. After going through her own public speaking journey from fact sharer to storyteller, she wanted others to benefit from it too. Little did she know that this would organically grow into something that would eventually become her full-time gig. Two years on after leaving corporate, Emily now helps people in Tech to talk in relatable and memorable way, that gets them the outcomes
they want. Seeing how her work transforms the lives of those she coaches is the BEST feeling ever!
