When:  Jun 22, 2022 from 12:30 to 13:30 (ET)

Returning to work, whether fully on-site, at home or in hybrid home and office models, our ‘post’ COVID work world is forever altered. This talk examines the behavioural, educational, and ontological responses to going back to work.First, Anna will look at the nature of change between what we were used to BC (before Covid) and now PC (not yet post Covid). Second, she will examine some existing and potential pain points of the return to work from three perspectives: the individual employee, the people leader/manager, and the company/institutional response. Third, she will posit that our collective and learned response to returning to work must be examined considering the 70-20-10 rule in Human Resource Development systems if we are to learn to work together in future.Anna invites participants to actively interrupt and contribute to a conversation that creates a future with an inclusive, diversified workforce
