This course explores the problems with universally taught qualitative analysis and introduces participants to methods to develop sound quantitative analysis of risks associated with technology decisions. Students learn techniques for estimating and measuring risks more accurately, turning those estimates into useful probabilities then to ultimately create more accurate dollar-based cost-benefit analyses.
