Synopsis of the Topic: 
The security of IoT devices is a growing area of concern for the enterprise as newly introduced machines are creating novel ways for cyber criminals to hack into networks. While companies know to protect against common methods of attacks, the Internet of Things has created a whole new world of connected devices that put a company at risk. In this presentation we shall take a look at IoT, the benefits it can bring for an organisation, the typical risks associated with the technology and discuss some thoughts about how the risks can be addressed.
