Future always starts now; we simply do not know that! COVID-19 has triggered a new phase of human evolution! It disrupted every aspect of our life. It created new norms for everything.
The talk outlines the disruptions prior to the virus outbreak and acted as a double-edged sword, such as the infodemic phenomena, digital transformation, platform organizations, workplace and workforce dynamics. Then, the talk illustrates the characteristics of the new world, World X.0. This includes the future of work, education, economy and public health.
