President's Message

It is both an honor and a privilege to serve as President of the ISACA New Jersey Chapter. I am deeply grateful for the confidence and trust placed in me by our members, Board of Directors, volunteers, sponsors, and the many dedicated leaders whose commitment has made our Chapter one of the most respected and vibrant within the global ISACA community.

As I begin this journey, I would like to recognize the exceptional leadership of my predecessors and the countless volunteers whose vision, dedication, and service have built a culture of excellence, collaboration, and lifelong learning. Their contributions have established a strong foundation that positions us for continued growth and success. We are living through a transformative era for our profession. AI, cybersecurity, privacy, governance, audit, risk management, and digital trust are advancing at an unprecedented pace. Organizations today face increasingly complex challenges as they navigate evolving regulatory requirements while embracing innovative technologies that are fundamentally reshaping business and society. In this dynamic environment, trusted professionals who can effectively bridge technology, business, governance, and ethics will be more important than ever.

As Chapter President, my vision is straightforward yet ambitious: to deliver exceptional value and meaningful opportunities for every member, regardless of where they are in their professional journey. Whether you are a student exploring a career in digital trust, a professional pursuing your first certification, or a seasoned executive leading enterprise governance and risk initiatives, our Chapter should be a place where you can learn, connect, contribute, and thrive.

In the coming year, we will continue to enhance our educational programs, expand professional development opportunities, strengthen relationships with universities and corporate partners, enrich mentorship initiatives, and foster an inclusive community that embraces diverse perspectives and experiences. We will also remain focused on helping our members navigate emerging technologies while upholding the enduring principles of integrity, accountability, and professional excellence that define ISACA and our profession

The strength of our Chapter has always come from the passion, expertise, and commitment of our members. I encourage every member to become actively engaged whether by attending events, mentoring emerging professionals, sharing insights as a speaker, or simply building new connections within our community. Every contribution, large or small, strengthens our Chapter and enriches the experience of others. Together, we have a unique opportunity to advance our profession, support the growth of our members, and make a lasting impact across New Jersey and beyond. I look forward to meeting many of you throughout the year and working together to shape the future of our profession. Let us continue to learn from one another, lead with purpose, and inspire the next generation of digital trust professionals.

Thank you for your ongoing support of the ISACA New Jersey Chapter. I am excited about the opportunities ahead and all that we will accomplish together. Together, we will strengthen our community, elevate our profession, and help build a more trusted digital world.

Sanjeev Kale, CRISC
ISACA NJ Chapter President
