Process Improvement and Automation

Luis Manzano Bahamonde has a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from the University of Puerto Rico, Mayaguez Campus. He has 9 years of overall experience working in the manufacturing and service industry. He lis Lean Manufacturing Yellow Belt certified. He has been able to work in different roles such as: Business Excellence, Planning, Project Management, and Process Improvement within the departments of these industries. He currently works as a Continuous Improvement Leader within the Pharmacy department for a Health Insurance Company that provides service for Medicare Advantage (MA) and Government Health Plans (GHP). He would like to further explore the project management industry to become certified as a Project Management Professional (PMP).
