In today’s digital world, 86% of customers research digitally before purchasing, and 70% of the sales cycle is completed before engaging the sales representative. On a similar note, two-thirds of senior executives believe that trust between people, the enterprise, and institutions is constantly declining because of enterprise data misuse, corporate scandals, and misrepresentations of truth. There is an increasing threat of cybersecurity attacks and data privacy issues. Organizations need to focus on rebuilding digital trust and improving their reputation in the digital era. This Enhancing Digital Trust presentation is focused on discussing the current state, future state, and the framework your enterprise can build to enhance the organization’s reputation, rebuilding trust with customers, internal staff, and shareholders. You will learn the importance of digital trust, components of building trust, current state of organization/data trust and quality of data management practices, the future state of rebuilding the data trust domain, the Data Trust Framework, and implications of rebuilding data trust.
