Event Details: As companies are growing and leveraging an increasing number of SaaS software for their daily operations, Third-Party Risk Management has become a lot more strategic in managing the expanding supply-chain. On the other end, an increasing number of SaaS companies are building Customer Trust programs to better manage security reviews from customers and prospects. Each side focuses on building a scalable and automated process, but both sides need process adherence in order to report metrics and limit manual efforts. Who should win then? In this talk, we’ll discuss the role of each team, how both teams are expanding and improving their programs and bridges that could allow the two sides to fulfill their objectives.
