Speaker Bio: Félix Antonio Barrio Juárez, Managing Director of INCIBE, holds a master’s degree in Software and Systems Engineering, a University Expert Diploma in Management and Administration of Information and Technologies from the University of Alcalá, and a doctorate from the University of Salamanca. He is also a CISM Cybersecurity Manager for ISACA. He has been a member of the Board of Directors of the European Cyber Security Organization (ECSO), and chairman of the UNE Subcommittee on Cybersecurity Technologies.
