Arpitha is a certified expert in governance, risk, and compliance, with over 17 years of experience in safeguarding critical systems and data for global enterprises. She serves as the Senior Manager of Technical Risk at Marvell Technology. Her areas of expertise encompass auditing, risk management, compliance, third-party risk assessment, project management, cloud security, and AI governance & compliance. Additionally, Arpitha is a CSA research fellow, actively contributing to CSA’s Cloud Control Matrix and AI governance and compliance working groups, and has contributed to many CSA research publications. She has also been teaching CISA for ISACA SV for over five years.

Tolgay is a business-driven IT/Cybersecurity GRC leader with three decades of experience. He is the founding Director of the business focused Masters in Cybersecurity program and teaches online Cybersecurity GRC courses as an Associate Professor of Cybersecurity in the Barowsky School of Business at Dominican University of California. Tolgay served as the CISO for multiple University of California campuses. He has more than 50 industry certifications, is an accredited ISACA trainer for all the major certifications, has a B.S. degree in Computer Engineering, an MBA, and a Ph.D. focusing on Information Security. He also volunteers for various non-profit organizations as a board member focusing on education, awareness, training, and community outreach efforts.
