Summary:

The purpose of the webinar will be to provide participants an overview of business resiliency, including reviewing market trends and interdependencies with other programs and risk areas (e.g., cybersecurity, third party risk management, compliance), especially those emerging a result of COVID and other significant initiatives. We will review a framework for improving business resiliency capabilities, including what organizations are doing today to mature their programs in response to evolving customer and regulatory expectations. We will also share recent examples from working with organizations across sectors. Participants will gain a foundational understanding of business resiliency, including the interdependencies with other risk areas, and how the framework could be applied to organizations looking to assess or mature their programs.
