Each two day exam prep class will start with guidance on test taking, will include presentation of approximately 12 hours of review material for the ISACA exam, and will conclude with a practice test. Prior to the class, you should have reviewed the exam study guides available from ISACA, or equivalent material. Cybrary has video lectures for CISA and CISM that are good.
Drinks, snacks, and lunch will be provided on both days. Please let us know if you have dietary restrictions, by emailing
CertificationDirector@isaca-sv.org and marking the registration form.
Who Should Attend?
Anyone planning to take the new computerized CISA/CISM/CRISC ISACA certification exams during 2019.
Why should you attend?
- Previous attendees report the guidance in exam taking and practice test have raised exam scores by as much as 100 points - which could make the difference between a fail and a pass.
- The practice exam with a timed period gives you practice in the exam-like questions and pressure. Note that the practice exam is a paper-and-pencil exam, not electronic as are the new certification exams.
- A question and answer period with a subject matter expert from ISACA-SV to discuss why certain answers are the best answer will be very helpful to you - perhaps to understand and improve incorrect answers.
