| Today over 100 countries across the world have or are working on privacy related initiatives. These privacy regulations are loosely defined, unclear and evolving. In this session, we'll provide a pragmatic overview of U.S. and global privacy regulations and identify the various privacy workflows and operations needed to keep your employees, customers and vendor data safe. We'll provide mechanism suggestions to approach privacy by design and recommend evaluation criteria for privacy platforms and tools overcoming the marketing hype, so you can focus on core business priorities. Since automation can drastically reduce efforts and errors to privacy laws like CCPA, GDPR etc., moving beyond survey based approaches and introducing automation will assist in obtaining a real picture of risk posture and prevent data leaks. |
