  • Marketing Your Audit Shop - 2:00 pm - 3:40 pm
    • Overview: Does our organization understand the role of internal audit? How can we make sure the organization understands how internal audit can assist the organization in meeting its Objectives? This course takes attendees through how to effectively market internal audit and establish relationships.
    • Objectives:• Understand how to effectively convey Internal Audit’s Mission • Outline Internal Audit’s Goals and Objectives • Appropriately convey IA’s role and establish effective relationship
  • Virtual Auditing/Team Management:  Leading Practices - 3:50 pm - 4:40 pm
    • Overview: Virtual audits are becoming increasingly relevant in an online world. This course helps you understand the basic concepts necessary to conduct an effective virtual audit. This course was developed help you understand how to conduct virtual audits, the skills needed, and how to weather any potential storms. Virtual auditing can be an effective and efficient tool if done correctly.
    • Objectives: • Explain the remote auditing process and terminology to others • Identify the appropriate virtual communication tools needed for the audit • Avoid ineffective virtual communication practices • Identify audit and audit management risks • Recognize methods to mitigate risks
