Speaker: JUNE M. MIDDLETON, FINANCIAL SERVICES/INFORMATION SECURITY EXECUTIVE CPA, CISA, CBA, CMMC-AB RP, CESE, MLSE
June Middleton has twenty-eight years combined experience in the financial services and information security industries, with broad organizational experience in areas including audit, compliance, operations, accounting, asset/liability analysis, commercial and consumer lending, loan review, human resources, insurance, and ever-changing information technology. She has held titles in financial institutions including Chief Financial Officer (CFO), Chief Operations Officer (COO), Compliance Officer, Information Security Officer (ISO), Secretary of Board of Directors, and many more. In addition to serving in the Internal Audit and Account Executive roles for Jack Henry and Associates, for three years June managed the Network Security Implementation Team of Gladiator Technology®, a ProfitStars ® solution and Jack Henry and Associates Company, providing managed security services design and monitoring for financial institutions of all sizes throughout the U.S. In September 2016, June took on the challenge of helping to create and manage the new Security Operations Center of O’Reilly Auto, a Fortune 500 company and dominant supplier of auto parts across the nation. June has also served in two different faith-based, non-profit organizations as the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Director of Operations of North Point Church, a multi-site church and owner of the Springfield Dream Center; as well as the Chief Financial Officer of Convoy of Hope, a world-wide humanitarian organization with a mission to feed the world and provide relief and hope in crisis.
June is a licensed CPA (Certified Public Accountant) and has also earned the CISA (Certified Information Systems Auditor), CBA (Certified Bank Auditor), CESE (Certified Ethical Social Engineer-formerly SEPP), and MLSE (Master’s Level Social Engineering Expert) Certifications; and has been performing limited and full scope Social Engineering Assessments (Phishing/Vishing/Physical Access Testing) for financial institution clients across the nation since 2015. June currently serves as the Past President of Springfield Missouri ISACA Chapter, where she has served as a board officer for more than a decade.
June currently holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business/Accounting from Indiana University, a Graduate Degree in Banking from the University of Wisconsin, and a Graduate Certificate from the Master of Science in Cybersecurity Program from Missouri State University.
