Annual General Meeting

Notice is hereby given of ISACA Trinidad and Tobago Chapter's 33rd Annual General Meeting. Members in attendance will have the opportunity to review the highlights of the Board's operations over the 2017/2019 term, ratify the financial budget for the term 2019/20121 term and elect the new Board for the 2019/2021 term. The Board positions are detailed here: Board_Position_Descriptions

Members who are interested to be elected to a Board position, must complete a 'Willingness to Serve' form and return via email to secretary@isaca-tt.org by July 19, 2019.

Willingness_to_Serve_Form

Members who are not interested in a Board position but who wish to volunteer for a specific time or event, must complete a 'Willingness to Serve' form to serve as a Committee member.
Members who would like to nominate a fellow ISACA member (peer or co-worker) for any of these positions, should forward the nominee's name, Board or Committee position and contact information to secretary@isaca-tt.org at any time.

Agenda

The purpose of the Meeting is, inter alia, to:

  1. Confirm the minutes of the 2018 Annual General Meeting
  2. Receive the Annual Report of the 2018/2019 Board and Committees
  3. Receive and consider the Statement of Accounts and Balance Sheet for the year ended May 31 2019
  4. Approve the proposed budget for the 2019/2020 financial year
  5. Approve the revised By-Laws (as necessary)
  6. Elect members to the Board for the 2019/2021 term
  7. Transact any other business that may come properly before the meeting.
