Join us this month for our 4th and Final Chapter Meeting for 2020. At this meeting we will have presentations from two CISCO representatives; Ricardo Marques, Cyber Security Expert who will present on “Threat Landscape and Defense Priorities” and Pablo Herrera, Cyber Security Specialist who will present on “Accelerating Cyber Security”.


Presenter Bios

Pablo Herrera, Cyber Security Specialist
Pablo Herrera is responsible for accelerating cyber security frameworks in organizations across the Caribbean region. With more than 9 years of experience in the IT field, Pablo maintains cyber security as a pillar on the design of architectural approaches to organizational business outcomes in order to obtain integrity, confidentiality and availability of the critical information and assets. 

Ricardo Marques, Cyber Security Expert

Ricardo Marques is currently responsible for the development of presales technical activities related to Cisco Advanced Threat Solutions and Cloud security services for Latin America, and also as Cisco TALOS Champion for the Region. With over 20 years of experience related to information security, Ricardo has focused on intrusion detection and prevention solutions, endpoint security, malware analysis, sandboxing technologies, firewalls, penetration testing, DNS, and email content security. Previous corporate experience includes working across Latin America with Sourcefire Inc. as a presales engineer, with IBM Security division as technical lead for network threat prevention solutions and Internet Security Systems, and as Senior Systems Engineer for Brasil and Latin America.
