Dr. Joseph Ishmael Khan, DBA, MBA, PMP, Certified ScrumMaster CSM, Certified Project Consultant CPC
Dr. Joseph Ishmael Khan is a world-class project management facilitator and practitioner, with 20 years of project management consulting, facilitating and lecturing experience. Dedicated and energetic, Dr. Khan presently leads strategic and development project management consultancies in Trinidad and Tobago, Guyana, Jamaica, Barbados, Bahamas, Suriname and Germany for International Development Agencies such as IDB, EU, and CDB, private sector organizations, Government ministries and State agencies.
Dr. Joseph Ishmael Khan holds a professional Doctoral Degree (DBA) in Management with the Australian School of Business, Adelaide, South Australia and the Master of Business Management degree from the Henley Management College UK. He is also a Project Management Professional® (PMP®), Certified Project Consultant, Certified PROSCI Change Management Practitioner and is an active Certified Scrum Master. He has also attained the Associate and Master’s Certifications in Project Management from the Project Management College Florida, USA, the Diploma in Project Management from the Henley Management College UK, and the Mechanical Engineering Technician’s Diploma from the San Fernando Technical Institute.
Based on his main areas of interest relating to Project Management and Leadership, Results-Based Management, Organizational Learning and Knowledge Transfer in the project environment, Dr. Khan continues to be an adjunct faculty with the Faculty of Engineering, University of the West Indies and the Arthur Lok Jack Graduate School of Business UWI. Dr. Khan has also presented practice-based conference papers in Australia, Guyana and Trinidad and Tobago, and was featured in the CEO Magazine (UK), discussing the results he gained from applying Work Applied Learning to project management consultancies.
Dr. Khan is an ambassador of project management and believes that its effective application can assist organizations in achieving and maintaining sustainable business results in today’s competitive corporate environment.
