Dooshima Dabo’Adzuana is a cybersecurity risk and governance professional driven by a passion for building a safer, more inclusive digital world. She serves on the Academic Relations and Workforce Development Advisory Board for ISACA and hosts the Secure Strides Podcast, where she leads insightful conversations with industry leaders on cybersecurity policy, innovation, and career growth. Dooshima is certified in risk and information systems control(CRISC), IT Governance (COBIT), Insurance and Financial Services (CertCII UK) and Artificial Intelligence Management Systems (ISO 42001) and graduated from the University of London with a Bachelor's Degree in Management and Digital Innovation. A 2023 International Telecommunication Union Cyber Security Diplomacy Fellow, Doosh is currently on sabbatical pursuing a Master’s Degree in Cybersecurity Management at Boise State University in Idaho. She thrives on connecting people, resources, and ideas, believing that collaboration and continuous learning are key to breaking barriers in cybersecurity. Beyond certifications and frameworks, Dooshima is a storyteller, mentor, and advocate for diversity in cybersecurity. She brings a human-centered approach to security, bridging the gap between technical challenges and real-world impact.
