ISACA Athens Chapter's Annual General Assembly will be held on Monday, September 23, 2024, at 18:00 at the 1st-floor amphitheater of the Hellenic American Union (Massalias 22, Athens), with the following agenda:
- Administrative and financial report of the previous fiscal year
- Audit Committee report
- Approval of financial statements
- Budget for 2025
- Elections for the new Board of Directors and other governing bodies
Members attending the General Assembly will be eligible to receive the corresponding CPE credits.
On the same day, at the same venue, elections for the new Board of Directors will take place from 19:00 to 20:30, determining leadership for the next two years.
During the electoral process, the following positions will be filled:
- Seven (7) regular Board members and three (3) alternate Board members
- Three (3) Electoral Committee members and one (1) alternate
- Three (3) Audit Committee members and three (3) alternates
On Thursday, September 19, 2024, the final list of candidates will be sent to all members and published on the Chapter’s official website here.
Members submitting a proxy authorization form must also provide a declaration through gov.gr
