Membership meetings
The association organizes monthly member meetings, the program of which consists of expert lectures and discussions. The meetings are free for members and by participating in them, members have the opportunity to obtain, among other things, CPE points required for certifications.
Education Committee
Keeping professional skills up to date and continuously developing them is a challenge for all experts. ISACA provides its members and anyone else interested in information governance, information security and IT auditing with high-quality and cost-competitive training. ISACA training is also an excellent way to earn CPE points for personal certifications.
The established training offering of the ISACA Finland Chapter includes the traditional and constantly updated TiVaKo training series (Information Technology Supervision and Controls) and courses that prepare for certifications. In addition to these, the association organizes topical and in-depth specific courses. Feedback and training ideas are received from trainees and members, which are utilized in the planning of the training offering. The training language is either Finnish or English, depending on the event. In addition, the international organization ISACA offers a wide range of courses, conferences, and self-study materials. This offering is presented in the parent organization's Education section.

Academic Relations Committee
As part of its activities, ISACA Finland Chapter and its Academic Relations Committee maintain cooperative relationships with universities, colleges and polytechnics that train future experts in our industry. It is important to ISACA that future professionals in the field are familiar with the association's activities and the key frameworks of the industry.
Annual scholarship program
ISACA Finland Chapter and its Academic Relations Committee want to support the field by offering students who have excelled in their studies the opportunity to apply for scholarships annually.
The ISACA Finland Chapter scholarship program rewards research related to good information governance practices, information systems auditing, information security, and IT risk management.
The scholarship program is open to authors of research plans for master's, licentiate's, or doctoral degrees (higher-level university degrees) or theses completed by a date to be announced separately each year.
The application period is between April 1 and May 31 each year. A more detailed description of the scholarship program and the application form can be found on the association's website after the scholarship program has been launched.
