NINETEENTH ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING OF THE HYDERABAD CHAPTER OF ISACA

The Nineteenth Annual General Meeting of the Hyderabad Chapter of Information Systems Audit and Control Association will be held on Saturday 28^th September,2019bat Hotel Tourism Plaza, Paryatak Bhavan, Begumpet, Hyderabad at 5.00 P.M. to transact the following business: 

1. To adopt the Minutes of the Eighteenth Annual General Meeting of the Chapter held on 8th September, 2018.
2. To adopt the Annual Report of the Chapter for the year 2018-19.
3. To adopt the Financials of the Chapter for the year ended 31st March, 2019 along with the Auditors Report.
4. To appoint the Auditors for the year 2019-20 and fix their remuneration. 
5. Any other matter with the permission of the Chair.
6. Felicitations to the Founder Member of Hyderabad Chapter of ISACA.
7. To elect the Board of Directors of the Hyderabad Chapter.

 The meeting is followed by a Dinner. Request each of you to block your calendars accordingly and ensure participation with other fellow members of our Chapter and make this a grand success.
