Topic:A Project Development Approach to AI/ML & Cognitive Technology Initiatives

Bio:Paul has 40 years of versatile international and domestic experience specializing in delivery of technical projects utilizing the most appropriate methodology, and now assumes a multifaceted role as a Technical Project Management Director, Risk & Resilience Advisor and Benefits Solutions Counselor for Technical Solution Services (dba GapSpot!)

Topic Abstract: Presentation on best practices and methodologies for successful AI project implementations, including the use of iterative approaches to AI model development initiatives as well as determining when to engage and when not to engage an AI project; common mistakes and pitfalls, and overview of six phases to cognitive project management in AI and the iterative approach. Concepts for Trustworthy AI including ethics, responsibility, transparency, governance, explainability & interpretability.
