As the newly elected President of ISACA Lithuania, I am honored to serve a community that is shaping the future of cybersecurity, digital trust, and information governance. I step into this role with energy, ambition, and a clear belief: leadership is not about maintaining the status quo—it is about driving meaningful progress.
As one of the younger leaders in our community, I see this as an advantage. Technology evolves rapidly, and so must we. Success belongs to those who are willing to innovate, adapt, and learn quickly. I believe in making bold decisions, embracing new ideas, and, when something doesn't work, learning from it immediately and moving forward with even greater determination. Progress comes from action, not perfection.
ISACA Lithuania has always been a place where professionals grow, connect, and inspire one another. My vision is to build on that strong foundation while introducing fresh perspectives and new opportunities. We will strengthen our certification and educational programs, deepen collaboration with industry leaders and academic institutions, and create more opportunities for members to exchange knowledge, mentor one another, and stay ahead of an ever-changing threat landscape.
Most importantly, I want ISACA Lithuania to be a community that welcomes new voices, encourages innovation, and empowers the next generation of cybersecurity leaders. Together, we can build an organization that is not only respected for its expertise but also recognized for its willingness to lead change.
