Our chapter is please to organize a 2 days hands-on workshop on Beyond Sap Authorization focusing on F1, MM and Basis module.

This seminar will take place at the Info Trek Sdn.Bhd, Amcorp Mall.

SAP has an advanced system for managing authorizations of users. This system allows to configure what employees of a company have access to particular transactions and functions of an SAP system. User access is restricted through authorization objects which are assigned to a user account created in SAP. The same authorization system is also used in SAP FI module where SAP FI. Hence, there is a need to maintain and review the profile policies and system security policies in your SAP environment.

Through this 2- Days Seminar, you will learn:

Day 1 – Introduction & FI Module
  • SAP Key Terms & Terminologies.
  • Relations of FI in overall landscape.
  • Evaluating control robustness of your Chart of Account.
  • Dual Control over vendor/customer sensitive data.
  • Payment terms and document change rules control.
  • Posting of transactions (Evaluation & Controls).
  • Tax account control evaluation via type and properties.
  • Security mechanisms over account settlement.
  • Auditing the payment differences control.
  • Dunning procedure controls (basic).
  • Accessing into SAP System critical transactions.
 
Day 2 – MM & Basis Module
  • Evaluating control robustness of your vendor master data.
  • Dual control over vendor sensitive data.
  • Control over Purchase Requisition, Purchase Order and Outline Agreements.
  • Release strategies (evaluation and controls)
  • 3 ways matching concepts and controls.
  • Payment run controls.
  • Security mechanism over releases of invoices.
  • Privileged access controls.
  • Maintaining security over authorization objects.
  • Auditing key user access and system parameter.
