ISACA Malta Chapter
Founded in 2005, our Chapter is a non-profit, independent association run by dedicated volunteers who are members of ISACA. Our mission is to provide local members with access to education, resources, and professional networking opportunities, along with many other valuable benefits. We are also committed to promoting advocacy with Malta’s business, regulatory, and academic communities to raise the profile of IT audit, security, governance, and risk professionals in Malta.
ISACA is a global association of IT professionals and a leader in delivering knowledge, certifications, community, advocacy, and education in areas such as information systems assurance and security, enterprise governance and IT management, and IT-related risk and compliance. Since its founding in 1969, ISACA has organized international conferences, published the ISACA Journal, and developed global standards for IT auditing and control, helping professionals ensure trust and value in information systems. ISACA also offers globally recognized certifications, including the Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), Certified in the Governance of Enterprise IT (CGEIT), and Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control (CRISC), and continues to expand its extensive portfolio of professional certifications and certificates.
ISACA continually enhances its guidance and products based on the COBIT framework, empowering IT professionals and enterprise leaders to meet their IT governance and management responsibilities. COBIT specifically supports assurance, security, risk, and control efforts, helping businesses derive maximum value from their IT investments.
