We’ve all heard about incidents which have affected businesses badly… but do we hear about all of them which do occur? And for all those which we don’t hear about, is it because they were handled properly or is it because they weren’t even noticed or detected?

The containment and good handling of a cyber-related incident should be a key skill for every system owner, especially considering that we’re seeing the advantages that digitisation processes are bringing along. During this session, we will discuss what is incident response management and if there is a fixed recipe to cater for all such events.
