  1. James Rinaldi, CPA, CISA - James is a Sr. Credit Risk Analyst (as of April 2020) with 11 years’ experience, currently focused on process automation and reporting related to the Covid-19 pandemic. Prior to the transition he was a Sr. Audit Manager running the Audit Analytics and Professional Practices programs. During his first seven years at Webster, as he moved up the ranks, he was a member of the Compliance, Finance, and IT teams, and was solely auditing HSA Bank for twoish years. Prior to Webster he worked for KPMG and Bank of America. James holds a BS and MSA in Accounting. He’s married with one son (3), who’s a handful, a dog and two cats.  He got his start with VBA creating a productivity system through Excel.

Michael Goetzman, Executive Partner & CISO for Solano Corp and the creator of CypherCon - Michael Goetzman is an Executive Partner & CISO for Solano Corp and the creator of CypherCon, Wisconsin's Hacker Conference. Beyond security he is an environmentalist driving thought leadership initiatives for environmental sustainability through biodiversity and reforestation ventures. Michael believes in social change and champions the advancement of fringe scientific research, release of non-harmful information, equality before the law, and individual imperatives. Michael holds a Master of Science in Business Management from UW-Green Bay with international studies in Havana, Cuba.

Presentation - The real challenges are balancing a growing need to meet customer demands, survive through complex innovation, and protect intellectual property (IP). In this talk, Michael will look at some local products, discuss product creation reality, and discuss strategies for success by overcoming IoT development gridlocked by one’s own corporate politics.
