Session Title: The Science Behind Influence

Session Description: In high-stakes, fast-changing environments, success often comes down to one thing: chemistry. Not the kind in test tubes but the behavioral science that drives high performance, improved business results and greater agility under pressure. In this energizing and story-rich session, Jen explores how emotional intelligence (EQ) creates the conditions for meaningful connection and grounded decision making, even amid complexity and constant change.

Just as great science blends elements in precise ways, high-performing professionals combine technical expertise with core emotional intelligence skills, such as self-awareness, flexibility, and empathy. When those ingredients align, the outcome is stronger trust, collaboration, and influence at every level of an organization.

Speaker Details: As a nationally recognized expert on emotional intelligence, Jen Shirkani has worked with organizations across the globe—from Fortune 50 companies to fast-growing startups, government agencies, and top-tier universities.

Known for her down-to-earth style, Jen combines humor, storytelling, and science to make emotional intelligence relatable and actionable. Her speaking topics range from coachability and self-awareness to smart hiring and employee engagement. Her advice has been featured in Fast Company, Business Insider,Inc.com, Reader’s Digest, and other prominent publications.

Jen holds a Master’s degree in Organizational Leadership and hosts the Ego vs EQ & You podcast. When she’s not on the road speaking, she’s enjoying family time in Phoenix with her husband, kids, and grandchildren.

Session Title 2: Who Audits the AI? Identity, Access, and Accountability in a post-LLM world

Session Description 2: As AI assistants and autonomous agents take on operational roles—resetting passwords, approving access, triaging tickets—they blur the line between “user” and “system.” These AI entities now perform privileged actions that once required human oversight, raising a new question for compliance teams: Who audits the AI?

This session explores how GRC and identity leaders can extend governance frameworks to include AI actors. We’ll unpack risks like delegated privilege, model bias, and audit trail opacity—and share practical approaches for control mapping, SoD enforcement, and continuous attestation when both humans and machines share the console. Learn how to design AI-aware identity compliance that remains explainable, measurable, and accountable in a post-LLM world.

Speaker Details: Indus Khaitan co-founded BitzerMobile, an identity security company acquired by Oracle. He is currently the Founder and CEO of Redblock, an Agentic automation startup for Identity Security that uses AI to eliminate the repetitive, swivel-chair work performed by IT and cybersecurity teams. Indus holds an undergraduate degree from BIT, Mesra, and lives in Dublin, California.

There will be demonstrations of real-world scenarios with the aim to equip auditors with practical knowledge and insights into how these tools can enhance their auditing processe.
