ISACA Blockout Dates for Exams (20 July 2026)

Over the past several months, the staff teams across ISACA have invested an incredible amount of effort in preparing for the launch of our new e-commerce platform—designing, building, testing, refining, and validating what will be one of the most significant improvements to our member and customer experience in many years.

  • As we enter the final phase of readiness, we have made the decision to move the go-live date from 13 July to 20 July.

  • This additional week gives us the time needed to continue resolving the remaining issues identified through testing and to further strengthen the overall experience before launch.

  • We have made tremendous progress, and this short delay will help ensure we deliver an experience that reflects the quality and professionalism our members expect from ISACA.

  • As a result, the anniversary-based membership model will apply only to new members who join on or after 20 July 2026.

  • Existing members will retain their current membership term and renewal schedule, and no action is required on their part.

This new platform represents far more than a new storefront. It lays the foundation for how ISACA will engage with members and customers for years to come and is an important investment in ISACA’s future.

Thank you for your continued partnership and leadership as we prepare for this important step forward.

We ask that you DO NOT schedule any exams during this period.
If you have already scheduled an exam for those dates, please reschedule to an earlier or later date.

RedShelf transitioning to VitalSource (starting 04 Aug 2026)

Due to a change in ownership of RedShelf, ISACA will be transitioning to the VitalSource platform.

VitalSource is renowned for its intuitive and user-friendly interface, offering a range of features designed to enhance the study experience for our members and certification holders.

What’s next:

  • The transition is scheduled for Tuesday, 4 August 2026.

  • Users will continue to access their eBooks through MyISACA, and there will be no change to their ISACA login credentials or purchased content.

  • Current eBook users are expected to be notified in early June, with details and instructions provided through emails, updates on product pages, and a banner on the MyISACA Resources page.

One important action some users may need to take:

  • Existing notes, highlights, bookmarks and reading progress created in RedShelf will not migrate to VitalSource. Users who rely on those features should review any important information before the transition date.

As always, your support and leadership are greatly appreciated. If members have questions or need assistance, please direct them to ISACA Support.
