How to Re-Instate ISACA Certifications

Certification-holders who fail to comply with the CPE Policy will have their credential revoked and will no longer be allowed to present themselves as certification-holders.

In many cases, reinstatement is still possible as long as you can meet the requirements.

To initiate the process, contact ISACA's Customer Experience team at https://support.isaca.org.

Let the ISACA HQ Support Team know that you would like to reinstate, and if you are behind on reporting your CPEs, be sure to include any missing CPE documentation.

If you are uncertain why you were revoked, contact the ISACA HQ Support Team for information about your status and what's needed to reinstate.

To check if your certification is still active, log in to your profile at https://www.isaca.org/myisaca/certifications
