The ISACA Wellington chapter events require planning and budgeting. In order to use member resources effectively and allow for expenses that the chapter will incur even if someone registered for an event needs to cancel attendance, the following REFUND POLICY will be in effect. For Convenience, dates for the 2025 Education Day are in parenthesis:

1. All paid registrations will be eligible for a full refund if a cancellation request is received NO LATER than three weeks before an event (2025 Education Day: Thursday, 30 October 2025, NZT).

2. A 50% refund will be allowed for paid registrants who cancel NO LATER than one week before an event (2025 Education Day:Thursday, 13 November 2025, NZT).

3. A 25% refund will be allowed for paid registrants who cancel NO LATER than two days before an event (2025 Education Day: Tuesday, 18 November 2025, NZT).

4. No refund will be allowed for anyone who cancels within two days of an event or does not attend an event (2025 Education Day: Tuesday, 18 November 2025, NZT).
