The evolution of the Nova Scotia Government's Privacy Program

Nova Scotia’s Privacy Program is a consolidated unit within Service Nova Scotia-Internal Services with a mandate for information access and privacy policy, practices, services, and resources for most of core government.  The scale and scope of what we do may surprise you.  We foster a culture where the public is informed, privacy is protected, and government is accountable.   Kathy will be presenting on the significant changes the privacy program has undergone which has presented both opportunities and challenges, as well as what the program might look like in the future .
