When:  Aug 23, 2023 from 12:00 to 14:00 (NZ)
Associated with  Auckland Chapter

Dear Members,

The ISACA Auckland Chapter is pleased to announce our next lunchtime event, to be held at Workday on the afternoon of the 23 August 2023.

The event will also be live streamed via Zoom for those that cannot attend in person.

Join us for lunch and networking followed by an insightful panel discussion on third party risk trust.

Topic

Trusting your third party

An organisation's success, growth and survival is highly dependent on their third parties and supply chain being able to deliver. The opportunities offered from entering relationships with third parties also bring with it potential downsides that organisations need to consider and manage. As such entering relationships where trust can be fostered and maintained is essential.

The discussion will draw from the latest third party risk management surveys which highlight prominent trends around ESG risk, supply chain resilience and the need for more integrated/holistic third-party management. The Panellists will delve into their various perspectives and shed light on some of the strategies they have used to navigate the risks in their third party ecosystem where there is increased pressure from customers and regulators and where trust comes at such a premium.
