Roles and Responsibilities
Dr. Geetha Sendhil is an Executive Partner with Gartner Executive Programs. She provides CIOs and senior IT leaders, across the United States, with actionable advice based on their business and technology needs. Using a combination of her expertise and Gartner resources, Geetha delivers business and technology insights to drive change at all levels of the organization.

Background
Geetha joined Gartner in January 2018 with over 15 years of experience as a senior IT leader/CIO in support of diverse organizations in higher education. She is a leader with a passion for continuous improvement utilizing people, processes, tools, and training to drive innovation for organizations. 

Dr. Sendhil holds a Ph.D. in educational leadership from UNLV and her research centered on ERP systems implementation from a resource dependence perspective.
